Flatters are UIMS Fighters that are slower then most, but make up for it in sheer power.

These slow UIMS fighters are extemely powerful launching they're potent missiles. They were assigned to guard, Asteroid Bases and Hammerheads. They can take several hits, and dish some out also. The most you'll see at a time are 40. Several are found defending they're bases. They have four rocket thrusters, and rarely strike out by themselves.
